Case Watch is a software platform for tracking court deadlines and drafting routine litigation documents. It does not provide legal advice. It does not replace the judgment of a licensed attorney. Every calendared date and every drafted document is presented for attorney review before it becomes action.
Access is granted by Case Watch on a per-firm basis. We may decline to onboard a firm or terminate a relationship for any lawful reason; we will be honest about our reasoning when we do.
The firm retains all rights, title, and interest in everything it uploads and everything Case Watch generates from those inputs. We get a narrow license to operate the service on the firm's behalf — nothing broader.
Software systems make mistakes. The attorney remains responsible for the practice of law, including verifying every deadline, every document, and every filing. Liability is capped to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Specific language pending counsel review.
Either side may end the engagement on 60 days' notice. Firm data is exported in full on request and deleted within 30 days of termination unless the firm instructs otherwise for litigation-hold reasons.
